Got this tv a few weeks ago. If you catch me watching FTA television you had better go buy yourself a lottery ticket. Most of the content served to this TV is through a WDTV Live, or directly from a hard drive. This way I can watch what I want, when I want without ads, and this TV does that perfectly with the WD box. The only downside to the TV is the speakers, but you shouldn't be expecting hifi sound from a cheap (relatively speaking) TV. Easily fixed with a $79 set of 2.1 "Computer" speakers & woofer plugged into the headphone port. Adjust the speakers to half volume then control the volume and tone with the telly remote. Only con is they "thump" at TV switch on and switch off. The other poster must have got a dud set, as mine has done marathon runs of series I saw as a kid (nostalgia), such as seaquest, macgyver, air wolf and a tonne of documentaries, and others that netflix serves up. I loose track of time on the weekend and next thing I know the sun is rising! dont waste your money

We are really disappointed with this terrible tv we previously had purchased a soniq which has been going for 6 years with not 1 problem its brilliant. Then we bought this one the tv glitches white flashes across the screen while your watching it, The speakers vibrate humm and crackle, the motion setting has to be turned off every time you turn the tv on or the tv picture goes to fast (i think for sports to keep up with fast moving tv) and just offers a blurry picture and most the problems started within a week.
I strongly recommend not purchasing this tv and putting a bit more money towards a more reputable brand. write a review
