Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money I bought this to record audio from my microphone onto my windows 10 laptop. The microphone is a dynamic microphone, and it should work perfectly. For a while it did. Now the tubing for the cable on the usb side has detached from the sound card part, and no signal is going to the computer. Sometimes it works again, but it is not for long and this isn't good enough for the price point. The manual does not have enough detail about the product and does not explain the set up process or the behaviour of the LED fully. To set it up, there is a complicated process involving a dated program which controls the gain and other parameters of the audio processing, which is hard to find and to use. The manual features diagrams and explains the initial process of plugging the device in and selecting it, but for the rest it leaves you with a QR code to scan. You then have to download a program and a second manual just for that. There is also no warranty or online support, and the support through the phone number had never seen the device before, or used Windows 10, which is the current generation. Overall, I am not impressed with the quality or ease of use of this product and for the price I think it should be better. If you have an older computer, for example Windows XP, it would probably work better as that is the kind of environment the product was designed for.
