Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing cooker with so many options I received this all in one cooker just this week. So far I've made yogurt over night, everything goes in the pot, turn on and leave. Next day I had creamy yogurt! Last night I made the massaman beef curry from the recipe book using the pressure cooking method. I was a bit uncertain as to how it would turn out, but Wow! It was amazing, tender meat and full of flavour, we were impressed. I have to agree with other reviewers, the recipe book needs more work, it's full of spelling mistakes and the recipe I used said to remove the sautéed onions but didn't say when to put them back in the pot! I have the Philips air fryer and there is a free recipe app for this appliance, why isn't there an app for this much more complex all in one cooker?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine Horrendous Instructions and Cookbook Wow what a fantastic machine! For someone like myself who does not cook for the fun of it - this machine makes me cook like a pro! In one day I have slow cooked beef curry, baked a cake and then whipped up pressure cooked some pulled pork! All I did was google pressure recipes, throw them in the pot and let the machine do the magic. The whole family has been super impressed and I think it is a life changing kitchen appliance that won't be leaving the bench for the cupboard any time soon. Cookbook and instructions are horrendous for a beginner but if you google pressure cooker recipes they are abundant. I ended up viewing the youtube videos for instruction on how to use it and also on how to clean it properly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great...BUT! I only bought it yesterday. Already cooked a 2.5 leg of lamb-70 minutes and a batch of yoghurt. Like other reviewers have said, the instructions are extremely lacking. I loved the 'idea' of the large 6 litre cooking pot, but upon reading the instructions, it says to not fill more than 2/3, which means that really you can only cook 4 litres worth of food. If I had known this before, I probably would not have bought it as the cooking capacity is small. The specifications do need to be changed to 4 litees to reflect the true cooking capacity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Set and Forget I bought this pressure cooker after doing extensive research on the benefits of pressure cooking and because I found myself in need of a way to cook when time poor. I have so far used it for: oatmeal rice steamed veggies steamed dumplings osso bucco chicken curry noodles It performs like a champ at everything and I really have no complaints. The gasket will retain smells unless you clean it very thoroughly which might be a pain unless you have a dishwasher. There aren't any printed instructions for steaming, but you basically just fill water up to the bottom of the steamer platform and load items on top. I've owned this for two weeks but have a 4 year extended warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Cooking, Set and Forget then Eat We chose this product over others because of the bake function , We were a little intimidated at first but once you use it the first time all fear is gone. Our first dish was lamb shanks we did not use the recipe from the book because it was a soup recipe, but found one online . The meal was perfect the meat fell from the bone, so tender and the flavour was amazing. Once you do the prep work set and forget until you are ready to eat. Yumm. We found the instructions a little confusing but once you look carefully at the buttons on the machine really you don`t need them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Product Does everything it says it does, it is great to use one appliance to sear, seal and then slow cook or pressure cook. Achieved the best slow cooked leg of lamb ever, by searing each surface then slow cooking for 6 hours. Meat was tender and juicy. Pressure cooks a soup perfectly. Also created a really superior spagetti carbonara by searing the bacon onions and mushies and then cooking all ingredients together. Next I want to try steaming some fish and vegetables. Very easy to clean, love the non stick inner bowl.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be wonderful with a little more thought Good machine however inner pot is poor quality. Scratches easily on first use even being very careful after reading other reviews. Teflon coating will not last for long and then what? I would like to see a stainless steel pot included or the option as an aftermarket accessory. I feel this product is very similar to the world renowned multicooker and would be a close second if its bowl was better. Such a disappointment for an otherwise great product. Instrcution manual and recipe booklet are poor. You tube Instant Pot to figure out how to use this machine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feeding the family When I first got my all in one cooker, I watch YouTube videos and read some reviews. This helps. I have cooked rice, casseroles and soup in it. It makes great soup and it's so quick and full of flavour. I'm a sort person and I find the product a high, when it is on the bench and I'm sautéing or searing, thankfully I've got my tippy toes. I have had trouble with closing the lid and the timer but that just takes a little care and time. Best advice I can give is enjoy your all in one cooker.
