Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Earphones I love these earphones they are great quality, but some of the silver paint came off of the jaybird logo on the side after a day for some reason it still kind of bugs me (My OCD), the sweat resistance is great, i accidentally left mine in the washing machine and they survived working perfectly fine afterwards, it comes with a lot of ear tips and 3 pair of fins (you should look after these) I'd recommend these over any other wireless earphone company, also the app that comes with it that allows you to change the highs, mids and lows of the sound, it also comes with presets like R&B which is my personal favourite and also some from professional athletes. Don't loose they charging cradle because you can not replace it also the cradle from the x3's don't have the same pins. hope you found this helpful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same great product, better improvements!!! These headphones work on the greatness of the old freedoms with minor improvements where it was needed. The old freedoms remote was heavy and in an awkward position, and tend to pull them out during a vigorous workout session. The remote in the freedom 2 is a similar size, however, they fit MUCH better in your ear thanks to the new ear tips. They are more contoured and flexible making sure they fit snug. The bass is a lot heavier in these than the original freedoms. To be honest, it was a little too much for me, but all I had to do was modify my sound EQ profile in the app and they are perfect. At only $30 more than the old Jaybird Freedoms, i would recommend everyone gets this version. Only thing is the battery life isn't the best at just 4 hours, and i wish Jaybird showed a lot more character with these having more colours than just Black or White, but this isn't a deal breaker. All around fantastic sports headphones now with the improved tips and sound.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good sound, but not sweat-proof The earbuds come with multiple buds of different sizes to fit the ear. The sound is very good with volume adjustments on the buds which make good sense while exercising.Per the instructions you can use the buds with the wires under the ear or over the ear. I found that while jogging, I had to wear them over the ear so the buds did not slip out mid-jog. In my opinion, the biggest drawback is the buds are just not sweat-proof as they claim. The 5 copper connection points which charge the device corrode--you will notice them turning green. Once corroded you can no longer charge them. If they are under warranty Logitech (the parent company) is great for getting you a replacement but that only lasts the length of the warranty period and my buds corrode in less than 2 months. If you are using these to commute or walk or anything where sweat is not involved, these buds are really good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed- no battery life I bought these a month ago and have not had a single good experience with them on my runs. The battery doesn’t hold its charge even when it’s turned off in between runs which means you can only use them if you charge them IMMEDIATELY beforehand. A known problem for these I’ve since found out. I’ve lodged a refund and wouldn’t buy them again. The charging clip is also very annoying and even though it gives as extra ‘4 hours’ battery you wouldn’t want to run with its extra weight bouncing up and down on the cord. I wish I hadn’t bought them in the first place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Customizability The product is built with quality and care, it provides a good fit but could be better. The Bluetooth function is somewhat disappointing, it sometimes cuts out when in my pocket and when I have two devices connected the sound will start and stop repetitively which is very annoying. The weight is ok without the charger clip, but when it is clipped on it is for sure going to fall out of your ear when you move. The app is great with all the control and find my buds function, but find my buds doesn't work when the bud is off so if lost, it's lost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The new eartips and fins are terrible Now I agree, sound is good, workmanship seems good, the app works well and new cord management is a great update. Yet, you now get the ear-fins and ear-tips as a combined unit. I have tried all sizes repeatedly, they won't stay in. I have Monster's iVictory and a number of Bose earphones, which fit great. The new Freedom 2 are just not staying in or if you go a size up they get really uncomfortable. Super disappointing and not fit for purpose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth it. Bought these a couple months ago and was initially impressed but certainly didn't stay that way. The control is weighted ok, but once you add the battery pack it becomes way too heavy. The battery life is not 8 hours. I'd get about 4 hours and then the pack may add 2 at best. Set up was quite confusing. For a while one headphone was significantly quieter than the other and the sound drops out time to time whilst running. Ear buds come off too easily so have to be careful not to lose the other if only using 1 at a time. Also found it extremely difficult to find an accessory pack or replacement ear buds online. Sound quality was good however when functioning properly, but just not as good as other products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can not connect to any devices I bought the Jaybird Freedom 2 from Jb Hifi in December 2017, technically it is not even 1 year old. But I can not connect the headphone to any other bluebooth devices. I’ve tried multiple solutions including reset the headphone and press home button and hold it until it flash red and green but no avail. There is absolutely no damage whatsoever and it’s been working fine before. No exposure to moisture or wetness, the headphone still okay until yesterday when it failed to connect to everything.
