I have redeemed my codes with your service, can I still access these?

Redemption codes that you have redeemed with JB Hi-Fi NOW Video are all saved to the cloud. This means that all the codes you have redeemed are saved in your UltraViolet account at www.myuv.com. You can therefore access your films through a number of other UltraViolet services available in Australia or New Zealand, subject to the terms of these services.

What are my alternatives to JB Hi-Fi NOW Video?

Flixster Video is the suggested alternative Streaming and Downloading service to use within Australia and New Zealand as a replacement for JB Hi-Fi NOW Video. Will I get a refund after the site closes?

JB Hi-Fi NOW Video has not charged, a fee to use our service. All films that you have redeemed with JB Hi-Fi NOW Video remain available in your library at www.myuv.com.

I have downloads on my device, can I keep these?

All downloads will become unavailable on your devices from 13 April 2017. JB Hi-Fi NOW Video apps have been removed from the iTunes and Google Play Stores and the JB Hi-Fi NOW Video applications for Windows and MAC PCs will become unavailable to download and stream.

Can I still buy DVDs & Blu-Ray Discs from JB Hi-Fi?
