Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great device, solved my problem I have a 20 year old pioneer amp which sounds great. When the remote died I thought I'd have to buy a new system but this remote solved my problem. I plugged it into my laptop, typed in the model number of my amp. I also loaded the remote with 3 other devices and it works great, now I have one remote on my coffee table instead of 4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ignore previous negative reviews. Awesome! Bought last month. Initially was confused and assumed, reading a quick start guide, that's one can only rely on online set ups. Read through for the second time and here we are... 1. You can instruct Olga functions without manually programming from massive online database. 2. However some of the assigned buttons functions are missing and... Yes one have to use device modifier button to access the set. Pretty dumb to my opinion. The main reason one buys this remote while still possesing functional legacy remotes from multiple devices is CONSOLIDATION. Ability to access unique functions for all devices WITHOUT device modofier button. 3. This is where MANUAL CODING comes into play. Just set up your primary default device with all preprogrammed functions.and then manually add (by side by side coding as described in a manual) all required functions from secondary devices and assign vacant buttons. Presto! No more modifier device buttons each button unique for primary device and accessable. I have a TV, sound bar and a console. 4. Do not splash cash for much more expensive other remotes. This one will give you all on the budget. Long term usability is to be determined. One tiny gripe is that, for some teason, there is a notecable latency in some functions execution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Harmony 350 as Tivo remote replacement What a pleasure to setup. Easy and fast. Controls up to 8 devices including TV and Tivo. Uses the model numbers from your devices, desktop software ( mac, pc) to upload settings to remote via USB cable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very good unfortunately. The software that comes with remote to set up is a royal hassle to use, will sync after 3 or 4 attempts, and now the buttons barely work, have only had it 6 months, not even sure if I can get my money back, bad product, avoid, cheers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this A word of caution about a rather lame "feature" of the Harmony 350. While it IS possible to assign a desired function to any one of the keys, these user assigned functions must be preceded by pressing one of the device functions - FIRST. You cannot remain in the ACTIVITY MODE (Logitech tells you that the 350 is NOT activity-based - but - that's a fallacy - it IS activity based UNTIL you want to invoke a command OTHER than one which Logitech has arbitrarily designated as part of this basic activity. The result is that, if you've programmed a user assignable key, the Harmony 350 has to exit its ONE ACTIVITY mode and must be placed into DEVICE mode - before you can press the user assigned key. The consequences of this lame design, isn't intuitive until you work it. So - you power on and the Harmony 350 is in the WATCH TV activity mode. Volume up controls the proper device. Channel down controls the proper device. BUT - if you've programmed one of the user assignable functions, BEFORE YOU CAN PRESS THE USER ASSIGNED FUNCTION KEY, you MUST SELECT THE DEVICE FIRST!!! So, in my case I want the SLEEP function on my Sony TV and I because SLEEP is not one of the functions that Logitech decided is included in the WATCH TV ACTIVITY, I need to press the TV device button first.. Not so much of a problem EXCEPT that the Harmony 350 has now exited the WATCH TV activity mode AND you are now ONLY controlling the TV. Want to change channels? Gotta push the device button associated with the change channels FIRST. Want to NOW turn up the volume? You will need to push the device button associated with the volume up FIRST. You are NOW PERPETUALLY STUCK IN DEVICE CONTROL MODE!!! YOU CAN'T JUST PRESS VOLUME UP and/or CHANNEL CHANGE AND CONTROL THE APPROPRIATE DEVICE ANY LONGER!!!!!! Of course, you can push the POWER ON button again, and re-enter the WATCH TV activity - BUT -assuming everything was already on, you just turned everything OFF so - now you have to push WATCH TV again to turn everything on, which allows you to re-enter the WATCH TV activity mode again. This is a really crumby design and what is REALLY curious is, in the programming APP, you are somewhat fooled into thinking your user-assigned command will work with the appropriate device because the APP requires you to SELECT THE DEVICE YOU ARE ASSIGNING THE KEY TO!!!!!!!!! LAME! Be forewarned. It's a crumby remote if you want to do anything more than turn off/on, volume up/down and change channels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Harmony remote saves me from buying new devices I have a tv and blu ray that both had remotes that stopped working. I was close to buying new devices or maybe original remotes but was advised to get the Harmony remote. I took the leap and it’s great ! I can access menus again on Blu ray and control tv channels and volume. Saved me from buying a new Blu Ray and Tv out of frustration!
