Description

    Mad Max Rules The Road

Mastermind director George Miller's post-apocalyptic epics come together in this collection featuring all four legendary Mad Max films. Hang on or get left behind!

    Mad Max
In the ravaged near future, a savage motorcycle gang rules the road. Terrorizing innocent civilians while tearing up the streets, the ruthless gang laughs in the face of a police force bent on stopping them. But they underestimate one officer: Max Rockatansky (Mel Gibson). And when the bikers brutalize Max’s best friend and family, they send him into a mad frenzy that leaves him with only one thing left in the world to live for – revenge!

    The Road Warrior
In action movie annals, few compare with this full-throttle epic of speed and carnage that rockets you into a dreamlike landscape where the post-nuclear future meets the mythological past. More simply, it’s also one of the most mind-blowing stunt movies ever made. Under the direction of George Miller (Babe, Happy Feet), Mel Gibson first made his mark on movie history as heroic loner Max, who drives the roads of outback Australia in an unending search for gasoline. Arrayed against him are the bizarre warriors commanded by The Humungus. With The Road Warrior on your side, screen action doesn’t get any better than this.

    Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome
Mel Gibson stars in his third go-round as the title hero who takes on the barbarians of the post-nuclear future – and this time becomes the saviour of a tribe of lost children. Music superstar Tina Turner steals what’s left of the screen as Aunt Entity, a power-mad dominatrix determined to use Max to tighten her stranglehold on Bartertown. Directors George Miller and George Oglivie deliver another rousing apocalypse-on-wheels and one of the best movie fight scenes ever as Max and the gladiatorial Blaster face off with maces, chainsaws and anything not nailed down inside Thunderdome. Watch Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and you’ll agree with Tuner’s hit soundtrack single that “We Don’t Need Another Hero.”

    Mad Max: Fury Road
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
