Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great songs but terribly filmed. I love The Seekers and the music in this video is a great celebration for their farewell. However, the video production for this concert is terrible and an eyesore to watch (e.g. the camera angles, camera movement and way-too-fast editing). Compare this to the 1993 Melbourne Concert Hall DVD, and the difference is literally night and day; the '93 one is incredibly professionally produced, and you actually feel the mood of each individual song through the camerawork and editing. This one, on the other hand, is VERY amateurish. It's almost not worth buying because it basically insults the Seekers and their music. Listen to the audio tracks, by all means, but I'd say give this DVD a miss and watch the 1993 concert instead!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No Booklet inside this DVD I am not reviewing the concert itself, will let others do this. After reading the back of the dvd saying it's a beautifully produced and packaged collector's item dvd, I was very excited to open up the dvd and read the booklet inside. Well NOTHING only the disc itself....To read the booklet with the great photos one has to purchase the cd of this concert. A booklet would have made this something very special.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brilliant Nostalgia I saw The Seekers perform in Scotland in 2014, something that I didn't think I'd get to see. The concert was stunning & Judith's voice is still as pure as it was 50 years ago. I was delighted to see that the DVD & CD was finally being released! While there are a couple of minor hiccups in the filming, it does not detract from the fact that after 50 years, The Seekers still put on a show! My only minor negatives are that "In My Life" is cut from the start of the concert, though is put into the special features area - surely it would make sense to keep this as part of the show - & that there isn't a booklet included, as is shown in the official photos from The Seekers of the product! It would also be great if this had been released on blu-ray, but a DVD is still great! All in all, a great DVD of a great celebration of The Seekers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seek and you shall find! A great DVD. It's a pity that, out of their full repertoire, they could fit only this many songs in a concert. The photography is fabulous; occasionally there's a close-up of one of their faces. We could see every hair on their heads and every wrinkle. Not many groups would allow this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great souvenier of a memorable tour Watching it right now, it is actually filmed professionally and very enjoyable to watch and listen to. Good to get the video clips in their original quality. My only regret is that it's not available as a bluray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Seekers Farewell DVD This is a fine performance by one of Australia's most admired groups. Many of us grew up with their songs and can still remember every word. Farewell is a "keeper" and something we will enjoy over the years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Farewell Concert Amazing how the quality of their voices has not diminished over time and their performance is still professional.
