They were the song writing and production house that swept through the UK and around the world in the 1980s. Affectionately known as The Hit Factory, Mike Stock, Matt Aitken and Pete Waterman produced many of the greatest pop hits of the 80s, which launched the careers of artists including Rick Astley, Bananarama, Dead or Alive and of course Australia's own Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan.

Fast forward to today, these much loved songs have been given a new lease on life in Tim Campbell's sophomore album 'Electrifying 80s: Stock Aitken Waterman.'

Taking these iconic feel good songs and giving them a fresh 21st century feel, you are sure get back on the dance (or even the private dance floor in your own home), and love hits such as "Never Gonna Give You Up," "Venus," "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)," "Respectable," "Especially For You" and many more.

For music lovers of the 80s, this is a must have album. For those who love their feel good pop songs, this is certainly an album for the collection. For anyone who just loves to dance, you can't go passed 'Electrifying 80s: Stock Aitken Waterman.'

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Dead Or Alive. This is a great album. I thought I was back in 1988 when I was listening to SAW Disco inferno, wearing denim, and docs, lipstick and dreads. Tim has similar vocal style to SAW's Sonia, and is able to recreate the magic that's been missing in modern pop music. I thought Pete Burns was in my living room during some tracks. Especially For you with Susie Goble (No relation) is almost better than the insincere original. Buy this album, we want a sequel.
