Rated 5 out of 5 by from A brilliant, if flawed, game Note: at the time of release this game is still a work in progress! Only buy this version if you want portability. In every other aspect, the Switch version is vastly inferior to the PC original. The graphics are bad and look like something from the old Wii, yet there are still frequent framerate drops and hiccups. No voice acting at all (though it's not finished on PC either). Expect numerous bugs as well. Despite the poor technical presentation, I still must recommend Portia. There's an overwhelming amount of content that will keep you entertained for weeks and months. Building, farming, fishing, cooking, building relationships and eventual marriage, gathering materials, minigames, in-game events, dungeons, animal husbandry, big open world exploration... The game is incredibly deep and any fan of Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley will love this. Very flawed right now but entertaining nonetheless, and the upcoming patches will improve performance and add new content!
