Can anyone else claim my receipt?

Your digital receipt is linked to the mobile number provided at time of purchase in-store. Our mobile verification process makes sure that only someone with access to your mobile number can claim your digital receipt.

If you choose to link your digital receipt to your online account it becomes non-tranferable. If you've linked it to your online account no other online account can claim your digital receipt.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
