Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?

It is possible to cancel a Click and Collect order by emailing us.

Should you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please contact us via the link below as soon as possible.

Store staff at the counter in store can also return your Click & Collect order if you change your mind and want to buy something different when you get in store.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
