Can I change or update my address on a delivery order?

It's possible in most cases, but you'll have to be quick.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change to your delivery address if you contact us using the link at the bottom of this page.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
