Can I change the nominated store of my Click & Collect order once it has been placed?

If you need to change the store you have chosen to pick up your order from you will need to contact our customer service team.

To change the Click & Collect store for your order please contact us via the l ink at the bottom of the page as soon as possible and we'll check stock availability for you.

To protect your purchase, once an order has been placed we don't allow the person nominated to collect the goods to be changed. 

If you wish to nominate a different collector, you'll need to cancel the original order.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
