Can you leave my delivery somewhere safe if I'm not at home?

Your order is valuable to us. To help ensure nothing goes missing we will not leave your order unattended, so the safest place for your order if you are not home is an Alternative Delivery Point (ADP) or depot.

As per our terms of sale, we are not able to complete a delivery for an item without a signature. 

The only exception to this rule is if you order was delivered by the untracked services provided by Australia Post Mail or International Mail. 

if you are not home to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card to let you know they've visited and whether your goods have been sent to an Alternative Delivery Point (ADP) or a depot.

If your goods have been taken to an ADP, you will also receive an SMS to your mobile letting you know the address. You have 7 days to collect the goods before they are returned to the depot.

Please note that you must bring photo ID when collecting your order.
