Delivery delays due to coronavirus COVID-19

Australia Post is experiencing high network demand for eParcel and is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers.
Our live delivery estimates factor in current delays for delivery with the following exceptions;
- Delivery times for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to 2 days beyond our live estimates
- Delivery times for North Queensland may increase by up to 4 days beyond our live estimates
International Australia Post Mail
Delivery times for international orders are significantly delayed. Please check our delivery estimate carefully before purchase.
