Does JB Hi-Fi offer online returns?

Yes! Online purchases can be returned within a certain period. The quickest way to obtain a refund or replacement is to return the item to a JB Hi-Fi store, otherwise we can arrange a postal return for you.

JB Hi-Fi does offer returns for purchases made online as well as for purchases made in our stores. There are two options available to you in regards to returning your online order.

To return an online order, the quickest option is to take the product to your local JB Hi-Fi along with your JB Hi-Fi Online Tax Invoice. Any staff member will be able to assist you and they will contact the Online Team once you are in store so that they can issue your refund or replacement.

The second option is to return the item via a free postage service. Once the item has been received back, we will contact you and issue you a refund or replacement.

It is worth noting that replacements are subject to availability, but please rest assured we will always do our best to secure one for you.

Please note: All returns are subject to our Refund and Warranty policies. 

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
