- Basic setup
For included components that don’t require tools e.g. placement of internal shelves, drawers, and attach handles.
- Plug-in power cord and hoses that come with your product
- Power on appliance and turn taps on
- Removal of all supplied packaging
- Remove old appliance of similar type and size
- Demonstrate appliance functionality
- Wall mounting or installation into cabinetry or fixtures

Plugged-in to power and water plus all packaging removed.

recycling sorted
As part of our Unpack & Connect and Premium Delivery services, we break down all packaging and recycle it. Additionally, old appliances removed as part of Premium Delivery are sent to our e-waste recycling partners. Recycling is currently only available for metro deliveries.

- Delivery is available from 8am - 6pm every day in most areas (excluding some public holidays). Delivery days in some regional areas may vary.
- Regional areas: Unpack & Connect and Premium Delivery may not be available in some regional areas. Check with your local JB to find out if our delivery add-ons are available in your area subject to additional costs.
