How are estimated delivery times calculated?

Estimated shipping or delivery times or date ranges for your order can be looked up or viewed on the product page, on the cart page and in the check-out.

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the estimated shipping date, this includes the estimated supplier lead time days for Special Order items, and adds the carrier transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our fulfilment location to your destination address), based on the selected delivery choice. The carrier transit time is calculated using business days, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Public holidays are also considered when calculating the carrier transit time.

Your estimated delivery time(s) will also be included in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that will provide you a link to track your delivery online and an SMS text message to let you know your goods are on their way. Please note Australia Post Mail is an exception to this, where no tracking information is available.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
