How do I get a digital receipt for an in-store purchase?

It's easy. When making a purchase at a JB Hi-Fi store, staff at checkout will ask you if you want to receive a digital receipt in addition to your paper one.

Just tell them your mobile number and we'll text you a link to download or save a digital copy of your receipt. 

Internet access is required to download your digital receipt. 

You must give your mobile number at time of purchase if you want a digital receipt.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
