How do I get my Click & Collect order?

When you select Click & Collect to purchase on our website, your goods are paid for before you arrive and prepared at the store you selected before you arrive. To pick up your items in store we will need to get some info and ID from you.

After you've placed your order online, wait to hear from us about collection. We'll send you an email and text message as soon as your items are ready to collect. 

Once you've received our notification telling you your items are ready at store you can come in to get your stuff.

Please make sure you bring;

  • A reference to your order number, your notification email or text message will have this.
  • Valid physical photo ID (i.e. current passport, driver's licence or Keypass)
  • The credit card that was used for the purchase (if applicable)

When you get in store, head to the counter. A JB team member will assist you with your order.

Proof of age is required to collect items containing MA15+ and R18+ rated content. 

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
