How do I return faulty goods?

The quickest option is to take the faulty product to your local JB Hi-Fi along with your JB Hi-Fi Tax Invoice as a proof of purchase. Our friendly staff will assess the item while you wait and then provide a suitable remedy.

Alternatively, it is possible for us to organise a return courier consignment for you. This service is free but may take a little longer. Once the item has been received and assessed we will be in touch with you to discuss your options.

Some manufacturers also have dedicated support centres specifically for issues in relation to their products and so may provide a quicker assessment or remedy, even if the warranty has expired.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
