How do I track my order?
Tracked services are a handy way of keeping an eye on your delivery’s progress. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information so that you can follow your order’s journey and view the courier’s estimated delivery date.
For Toll deliveries:
You can track the progress of your delivery via the Toll link provided in your dispatch confirmation email - or via your order in your account history - but please allow 1 business days from the dispatch date for your tracking to become active.
For Australia Post eParcel deliveries:
Updates can be found on Australia Post's website as your delivery progresses via the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email - or via your order in your account history - but please note Australia Post tracking will not become active until the item has been scanned into their depot.
For Australia Post standard or International Mail:
Please note that these delivery options do not provide tracking as part of the service so unfortunately you will be unable to obtain tracking on the journey of your parcel.
