How do I update my online account details?

The online account details that can be changed in the My Account area of our website are under your 'Saved Addresses' - where you can edit, add or delete your name, contact mobile number and address. Once you save these details as your Default address it will appear in the checkout when placing orders if you are logged into you account.

If you need your first and/or last name to be changed at your online account level please contact us below describing the changes you require plus the current registered email address associated with your account so we know which account to update.

You may be contacted to verify these updates before they are actioned.

You can also reset your password in the My Account area.

We cannot change the registered email address associated with your online account. If you wish to use a new email address you will need to create a new account.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
