How does Guest Checkout work?

JB Hi-Fi now offers the ability for customers to place orders via the guest checkout process if you choose not to register an account - or log in to your existing account during the checkout process.

Once you progress to the checkout stage you will still be required to provide an email address and a mobile phone number - this will ensure you receive both email and SMS communication where required (order tracking for delivery orders or ready for collection alerts for Click and Collect orders).

In the checkout you will also be given the option to save your information for if you choose to checkout next time as a guest.

If you decide to create an account later on then you will be able to link up all your previous guest checkout orders as long as you use the same email address for all orders.

Please note: if you have an existing account and choose to checkout as a guest we will still link your order to your account as long as you use the same email address that your account is set up under.

Please be aware that if you choose to checkout as a guest instead of registering an account then you will NOT be able to reprint any tax invoice information in the future if required until you go through the process of creating an online account.
