I accidentally deleted or lost the digital receipt text message or SMS.

If you gave your mobile to us at the cash register when you purchased but have lost the text message we sent you to claim your receipt we may be able to help you.

If you have your paper receipt, we just need a few details from it to verify you are the owner of that receipt. 

Contact us to submit a receipt enquiry and we'll resend the text message to the mobile number provided in-store at the time of purchase.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
