I can't find my order in My Account - Purchase History

We are in the process of updating our website and records for some older online orders have not made it into some customers My Account - Purchase History yet. If you need a record of an old order you can contact us.

For all orders placed before November 2017 please contact us via the button below with the order number for us to assist with providing a tax invoice. 

Order data from July 2014 through to November 2017 is being migrated incrementally to our new website in stages and is expected to be available in your customer account by early 2020.

Internet Explorer browser issues
Some customers are experiencing issues viewing order history while using the Internet Explorer web browser. Please try using an alternate web browser like Chrome or Safari.

Note: As part of our recent website update some customers may not see all recent orders in their Purchase History in My Account. If you are able to log into your account but cannot see recent purchases in your account please contact online customer service. 

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
