I can't login

If you are having trouble logging in to your online account this could be due to a number of reasons.

If you have an exisiting online account for the JB Hi-Fi website you can use the My Account icon in the top menu and then enter your registered email address and password to login to your account.

If you have forgotten your password

  1. Firstly, please make sure that you are using the correct email address associated with your existing JB Hi-Fi online account. 
  2. Use the "Forgot password" link to send an email to your registered email address. 
  3. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. 
  4. When you have reset you password you can use it to login.

Notes on our recent website migration

We have recently updated our website and some customers may be experiencing issues logging into their accounts. This could be due to the following issues.

  • Internet Explorer browser issues
    Some customers are experiencing issues reseting passwords while using the Internet Explorer web browser. Please try using an alternate web browser like Chrome or Safari.
  • Existing accounts with invalid data
    During our migration of existing accounts, a number of accounts with invalid email addresses or invalid physical address details have been parked for future verification.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
