I didn't receive all my goods, what should I do?
Orders containing multiple items will often be split automatically by the system depending on stock levels at the time your order was placed. This makes sure we can get your order to its destination as quickly as possible.
Where a split shipment has been made, you will notice certain characters after your order number (such as -0 or -1). These characters indicate additional split shipments.
