I never got my digital receipt text message or SMS.

To get a digital copy of your receipt you must give your mobile number to staff at the register at time of purchase.

If you provided your mobile number in-store at the time of purchase but never received a text message from us, we will need a few details from you to verify the purchase. 

These details can be found on the paper receipt you got at time of purchase. Contact us to submit a receipt enquiry. 

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
