If I didn't give my mobile number when I purchased in-store, can I still get a digital receipt?

Unfortunately, no.

At this stage we can't send you a digital receipt unless you gave us your mobile number at the time of purchase.

We also can't generate digital receipts for old transactions made before we started offering digital receipts.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
