JB Hi-Fi Mobile Extras monthly subscription customers get access to 256GB storage to help safely store and access photos and important content from any compatible phone.^

24/7 tech support

JB Hi-Fi Mobile Extras customers get assistance at no additional cost with setting up a new phone, transferring data or general troubleshooting via 24/7 technical support.

Mobile data security

JB Hi-Fi Mobile Extras customers get access to Trend Micro Mobile Security software at no additional cost to provide protection against malware, spyware and banking fraud.

Applecare services

With a JB Hi-Fi Mobile Extras monthly subscription, iPhone owners can have screen replacement service requests and certain swap your phone anytime service requests fulfilled directly from an Apple store, along with 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.

† Monthly subscription customers can make up to 2 service requests between the Swap Your Phone Anytime and Fixed Price Screen Replacement features in any 12-month period, subject to the payment of a service fee.  Screen replacement may not be possible in some situations, where this is the case customers will be offered the option to receive a refurbished replacement phone (and a higher service fee will apply).

‡ Fixed term plan customers with devices under $500 can make 1 Swap Your Phone service request while their plan is current, subject to payment of a $129 service fee. Fixed term plan customers with devices $500 and above can make 1 Swap Your Phone service request or 1 Screen Replacement service request while their plan is current, subject to payment of the applicable service fees ($45 for screen replacement, $149 for Swap Your Phone - refurbished replacement and $249 for Swap Your Phone - new replacement). Screen replacement may not be possible in some circumstances - where this is the case customers will be offered the option to receive a refurbished replacement phone (and a higher service fee will apply).
