My delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?

We understand that it's really disappointing when something goes wrong and your delivery order arrives damaged or broken.

If any products are delivered damaged or faulty or there are any errors in the products delivered to you, please get in touch via the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
