Important notice for customers who purchased a Fiido M3 eBike (SKU 511370) from JB Hi-Fi between 20 August 2021 and 4 February 2022

We have been notified that some Fiido M3 eBikes sold between 20 August 2021 and 4 February 2022 were incorrectly supplied to JB Hi-Fi with a 500w motor (contrary to the product technical specification of a 250w motor). If you purchased one of these incorrectly supplied 500w motor Fiido M3 eBikes, then it cannot legally be ridden on roads, footpaths or bicycle paths, and can only be used on private property.

You can check whether your Fiido M3 eBike has a 500w motor or a 250w motor by looking at the rear hub motor. The below image on the left shows a Fiido M3 eBike with the correct 250w motor. The below image on the right shows an incorrectly supplied Fiido M3 eBike with a 500w motor. 

If you purchased one of these incorrectly supplied 500w motor Fiido M3 eBikes from JB Hi-Fi we would like to offer you a full refund.

Should you wish to take up this offer of a refund, the following return options are available:

• The quickest option is to bring your Fiido M3 eBike, all of its parts (charger, etc) and your proof of purchase, along with any correspondence you have received from us regarding this matter, back into your nearest JB Hi-Fi store and we will process a refund for you.
• The second option is to have us organise a return courier consignment for you. This service is free but may take a little longer. Once the Fiido M3 eBike has been received, we will process your refund.
