What if an item on my Click & Collect order is out of stock?

Our website checks store stock before you make a order but occasionally an item ordered for Click & Collect may be sold by the store before it can be put aside for collection. This can happen if, for instance, a customer in store has picked up and bought an item at the same time as you've ordered it online.

If the item is not available from your preferred Click & Collect location, the store will call you and offer one of the following solutions:

  • arrange for the item to be transferred from another store
  • arrange for the order to be picked up from another store
  • arrange free delivery from another store
  • offer you a different item that will satisfy your requirements

Click & Collect is offered subject to availability.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
