What if the price drops on an item I have ordered before I collect my Click & Collect purchase?

You will always pay the lowest price.

You'll be offered a store credit, goods to the value of the difference, or a refund when you collect your goods instore.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
