What is covered on a computer warranty?

If you've purchased a computer from JB Hi-Fi its warranty cover is determined by how old it is, the manufacturers warranty and how much you bought it for.

If you have a problem with your computer and you're not sure whether its covered by warranty, our in-store staff can always help you find out.

Our minimum voluntary warranty policy guide is the best reference for understanding what is covered under your warranty. It's always available in-store and online.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
