What is the JB Hi-Fi warranty policy?

JB Hi-Fi has created a detailed document to help you that we call "Refunds & Warranties - Understanding Your Rights" (also known as The Blue Book). It clearly sets out our policies for refunds and warranties on consumer electronic devices, home appliances and home entertainment products.
