When will I get my order?

You can check estimated delivery times before or after purchase on our website. Delivery times are based on a number of factors like where stock is located, your chosen delivery location, when you're ordering and which delivery option you select.

Before you order on our website you can get a delivery estimate on the product page, cart page or within checkout. 

  • To get a delivery estimate for a product, use the delivery estimate lookup located under the price and add to cart button on the product page. By entering your Australian postcode you can get an idea of the cheapest and fastest delivery options available for that particular product.
  • To get an estimate for your entire cart, got to the cart page and use the delivery estimate lookup located under your cart summary. Here you can enter an Australian postcode to get an idea of the cheapest and fastest delivery options for your combined cart. 
  • In checkout once you've entered your customer information you can go to the delivery methods page to get detailed information on all delivery options available for the items you want to purchase. You can choose which option best suits you based on price, delivery time and delivery type and proceed to payment.

Once you've ordered we'll send you an email with delivery status details and later when it ships another email with a tracking link for your order (providing it's been sent with a carrier that offers tracking). You can also check the whereabouts of your inflight order via the tracking link under the Purchase History link in My Account. If you do wish to check the status and details of outstanding orders in the My Account section of our website, you will need to login to My Account to view your active and past orders.

Note: It's worth remembering that Special Order items generally take longer to arrive, and that Pre-Order items do not get delivered prior to release day. 

If your order is taking longer to get to you than we estimated in checkout at time of purchase, or if you think it's been lost or stolen, please contact us using the form below.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
