Where is my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information (if your order has shipped via a tracked delivery service). Use that link to determine where your order is on its journey and view the courier’s estimated delivery date. Your tracking link can also be found in your online account under My Account.

UPDATE: Delivery delays due to coronavirus COVID-19   

To keep you as informed as possible about your online order, all items have an estimated delivery date that is shown to you both at checkout before your order is placed and afterwards in your order confirmation email. This date is based on the delivery service you select during checkout as well as the stock levels of the item at the time of your purchase.

You can refer to your estimated delivery date to get an idea of when your order will arrive.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
