Why do I need to verify my mobile number for my digital receipt?

To make sure no one but you can access your receipt we send a unique code to the mobile number you supplied in-store at the time of purchase.

Your receipt is an important record of the proof of purchase of your goods. 

This code makes sure no one else can claim or misuse your receipt.

JB Hi-Fi values your feedback. Our Customer Service Team answer online enquiries between 9am and 9pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. We always try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during these times.
