On a 1970’s flight from Los Angeles to Washington DC, Gloria and her friends, Bo, Candy and Suzy are on a mission to join the mile high club before Gloria ties the knot at a pre-arranged wedding. Making things complicated, Gloria's ex-boyfriend, Barry, joins the flight by impersonating a pilot to win her back, and her father, a prominent senator, is also on board. If it can’t get any worse the airplane is damaged and it’s down to Gloria and her friends to find a way to land safely.
