Doughnut Recipe (Serves Multiple):
Ingredients: 2 cups flour, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, ¾ cup milk, 1 tsp salt, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp melted cooking margarine, vegetable oil, cinnamon sugar.

Method:

1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add margarine, eggs, vanilla, and milk; beat until smooth.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan to 190°C.

4. Lightly oil the inside of the doughnut maker and fill with batter.

5. Press and release the knob to form doughnuts; cook 1 minute per side until golden.

6. Drain on paper towel, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and serve hot.
