Crash Love

"Crash Love" was the album that AFI fans around the world were hoping that it would be. After what was seen as a departure in their true sound with their last effort, "Crash Love" re-ignited the fire all over the world. The band pushed production value aside for gritty and passionate rock numbers that provide glimpses of the group that created a punk rock empire in the late 90's.
Lead single "Medicate" was an instant success alongside the beautiful vocals and guitar work in "Beautiful Thieves" and "End Transmission". The hauntingly sweet "Darling, I Want To Destroy You" is reminiscent of AFI's most successful era allowing fans to embrace, and new fans a chance to see what AFI are capable of. "Sacrilege" takes fans back even further to the days where lead singer Davey sang about his social beliefs; and this one packs a punch!
While another massive departure from AFI’s glory days, “Crash Love” is a more obvious progression in their sound and fans are much happier for it.
