House Where I Was Born, The
Not yet reviewed.
This is the latest album from Foster & Allen's musical director Moyra Fraser, featuring some of her favourite songs and tunes.
One of Scotland's best loved singers and musicisians, Moyra is both a celebrated accordionist in her own right, the song "Old Button Box," pays homage to one of her early musical heroes, the late Will Starr, and also a versatile composer, penning the track "Wedding in Garmisch" for this album.
The album covers a wide range of folk music, stretching from Scotland to America and on to Nova Scotia.
