The Alan Parsons Project (APP) was originally launched 30 years ago as a studio only band, and through the vinyl age the APP where held in high esteem as real music innovators.

The Essential Alan Parsons is a 34 Track greatest hits collection coming at a time when concept albums and progressive rock are experiencing a major resurgence (Pink Floyd, Mars Volta and Muse).
