Keep an eye on two outdoor areas with the Connect SmartHome 2K Outdoor Pan Tilt Camera Twin Pack. Each rechargeable camera connects to the Connect SmartHome app, so you can view footage, check battery levels and manage camera settings from your compatible phone.

Use the two cameras to monitor different parts of your property, such as an entrance and a side gate. Pan and tilt control lets you adjust each view, while digital zoom in the app lets you take a closer look at the live image.

Clear video and adjustable views

Each camera captures 2K video at 2560 x 1440 resolution and 15 frames per second. Switch between SD and HD viewing in the app, take a snapshot or manually record live video. The app also provides digital zoom settings of 1x, 2x, 4x and 6x.

Night vision with two viewing modes

Choose infrared mode for black-and-white night footage or colour mode, which turns on the camera's LED lights to capture colour images. Night vision is specified up to 10 metres. Colour mode uses illumination from the camera rather than relying on colour capture in complete darkness without lighting.

Motion detection and communication

• Passive infrared motion detection with adjustable sensitivity helps you tailor detection to the camera's location.
• Motion notifications let you check detected activity through the Connect SmartHome app.
• Human motion identification is available in the motion detection settings.

Local event recording

Save motion-triggered recordings to a microSD card in each camera. Supported card capacity is 4GB to 256GB, with cards sold separately. The manual recommends Class 10 and UHS Speed Class 1 (U1) or higher. Use playback in the app to select a date and review recorded events.

Connection and charging

Both cameras support 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Bluetooth is used during setup to discover the camera before it connects to Wi-Fi. You need a compatible smartphone, your Wi-Fi password and a strong signal at each installation location. The app supports Android 6.0 or later and iOS 11.0 or later.

Each camera has a rechargeable 6600mAh battery and USB-C charging with a specified 5V/1A charging input. Fully charge the cameras before setup, then check their battery status in the app.

Outdoor installation

The cameras are IP65-rated for resistance to dust and rain. Mount them upright, keep unused ports firmly covered and do not submerge them. Avoid placing the motion sensor behind glass or aiming it at swaying trees or passing road traffic, which can interfere with detection or cause unwanted alerts.
