Designed by Messerschmitt, the Me 262 was the world's first operational jet-powered fighter, a revolutionary aircraft that was faster than nearly all prop-driven fighters of its time. Now, the E-flite UMX Me 262 Twin 30mm EDF makes it possible for more RC pilots to experience flying a replica of this historic aircraft. As one of the most unique ultra-micro models available, it delivers impressive performance thanks to its twin 3S-compatible power systems, adapted from the popular UMX A-10. This setup provides modern EDF performance expectations in a package that's both affordable and convenient. The model arrives completely factory-assembled with a premium painted and decal finish. Because of its ultra-micro size, the UMX Me 262 can be flown in smaller spaces than most other EDF models, including large parks and sports fields. For smooth surfaces, the included fixed landing gear features a steerable nosewheel for easy taxiing and ground control. For flights from grass, the landing gear can be left off for better performance, and the automatic Hand Launch Assist mode ensures smooth, effortless take-offs. The model provides full 4-channel control and sends real-time battery voltage information to compatible Spektrum transmitters.
