Why this kit matters
The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was an American single-engine fighter and ground-attack aircraft that served with Allied air forces during the Second World War. The P-40E was an important early-war version, powered by an Allison V-1710 liquid-cooled engine and armed with six .50-calibre machine guns mounted in the wings.
