Herpa 1/200 SNAP FIT Pan Am Boeing 757-200 "Tracing the Transatlantic" TF-FIC

Description

Founded in 1927, Pan American World Airways boasts a legacy of pioneering achievements, rich with unique flights, routes, and aircraft. On June 28, 1939, the airline launched its first commercial passenger flights across the Atlantic. On the so-called Southern Route, it flew from New York City, with stops in Bermuda, the Azores, Lisbon, and Marseille. On July 8, the Northern Route was inaugurated, running from New York to London via Newfoundland, Canada, and Foynes, Ireland. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of the early days, Pan Am has created a trip that connects these original routes. Aboard this Boeing 757, travelers can relive the "Golden Age." Equipped with only 50 modern reclining seats, participants on this special trip enjoy upscale catering and an open bar on all routes.

A true-to-scale, miniature model for adult collectors.
